How Do I Sign Up?
1. Purchase Equipment Service & Repair Program at the time you purchase and activate Nextel phone or BlackBerry.
2. You may enroll in the first 30 days after activation of your Nextel phone or BlackBerry by visiting any DirectWireless location.
3. You may also enroll immediately after a paid Service & Repair paid transaction in a Service & Repair center.
Service options are available for active BlackBerry® handhelds on Sprint accounts in good standing. Abuse, liquid damage, excessive wear and tear, and misuse are not covered. Certain malfunctions may not be covered. Replacement is at the discretion of the Service & Repair center. Coverage is subject to the terms of the Research in Motion limited warranty.
